1. Service Description
Muscle Mommy Meals provides already prepared meal prep meals. We offer meal subscriptions and one-time purchases with options for 6, 8, 10, or 14 meals per week, as well as 5 breakfasts per week.

2. Allergen Notice
Please be aware that our meals may have come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and eggs. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are completely free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please consider this information carefully before consuming our meals.

3. Liability Disclaimer
By purchasing and consuming our meals, you acknowledge and agree that Muscle Mommy Meals, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, adverse reactions, or any other negative consequences resulting from the consumption of our products. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with your dietary needs.

4. Orders and Payments
All orders must be placed through our website. Payment must be received in full before any meals are prepared and delivered.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations made after 1 day of service will not qualify for a refund. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to address your concerns.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
